Paramjit Singh Puri

CEO


As the CEO of Airlink Wireless, Paramjit brings with him relevant experience of working with various start ups and having vast experience in General Management, Technology Sales and Profit centric operations. In his last assignment, he was the VP and Head of Strategic Alliances And SI Channel Business for Cisco India and SAARC, managing a business size in excess of USD 200M with Alliances and Business Partners like IBM, HP, Datacraft, Wipro, HCL, TATA’s etc.


Paramjit is a 20+ years veteran of the IT Industry who has worked in many senior positions with organizations like AT&T, Siemens Nixdorf etc, in Sales & Marketing and General Management roles and was the Managing Director of Epson India too. In Epson, he was responsible for converting the Epson India Branch office to a wholly owned subsidiary of Seiko Epson Corp., Japan, raising the market share from 10% to 26% and revenue from USD 20M to USD 50M in less then two year’s time.


Paramjit has done his MBA from FMS, Delhi University.


Raj Shingala

President & CFO


As President and CFO, Raj focuses on the overall strategy and corporate development at Airlink Wireless. Raj brings strong management, operational and financial skills combined with deep technology and international experience to Airlink.


Most recently, Raj was the VP, Strategy and Business Development for Pronto Networks. He was responsible for defining the overall strategy and business development focusing on strategic sales, partnerships, acquisitions and investments.


Prior to Pronto Networks, Raj performed an independent consulting project in Guyana, South America, where he provided leadership and guidance in successfully introducing a new value added tax (VAT) for the country of Guyana and in revamping the domestic tax collection agency. Raj was the head of the project execution unit (PEU) and worked directly with the finance ministers and the leadership of the country. Previously, Raj was a consultant at Bain & Co., a leading strategy consulting firm, where he advised senior management on growth strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and technology. Prior to that, Raj was the Director of Strategy and Business Development at SAP, where he was part of the founding team of a technology startup (SAPMarkets) which grew to a $750M, 1700 employee company.


Earlier, as a principal consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Raj worked on various technology issues at Wall Street investment banks and companies such as Fannie Mae, America Online and UPS.


Raj has an MBA from INSEAD, France. He also holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from University of Bombay.

Arvinder Sahadev

Arvinder Sehdeva

VP - Business Development

Arvinder brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the telecom industry. At Airlink, he is responsible for business development activities including partnership and alliances with Telcos and ISPs in India. Most recently, Arvinder worked with Reliance Communication (RCOM) as a General Manager in developing the IPTV services. While at RCOM he also worked in the areas of Corporate Planning & Strategy, Organisational Transformation Initiatives and Customer Service initiatives.


Earlier, he was an experienced manager and telecom industry expert for CEEMEIA region with Arthur Andersen. He was involved in providing consulting services to a large number of Telcos in India. He also worked on privatization of NITEL in Nigeria and restructuring of Turk Telekom in Turkey. He has also worked with Essar Commvision in the areas of marketing and network services. He started his career in the telecom industry with C-DoT.


Arvinder has a MSc. (Management of Technology) from National University of Singapore (NUS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Comm. Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.
